This Delivery Policy applies to all digital products purchased from SVGcrafts (https://svgcrafts.com/). This policy should be read alongside our main Terms of Use and Refund Policy.

1. Fulfillment of Digital Products

All products offered by SVGcrafts are instant digital downloads (SVG, PNG, DXF, EPS files) specifically designed for use with Cricut, Silhouette, and Print-on-Demand projects.

  • There are no physical items shipped, and therefore no shipping charges apply.

2. Delivery Method and Timeframe

A. Instant Access (Immediate Delivery)

Upon successful payment confirmation (which is typically immediate with PayPal), your purchased digital files are delivered instantly (usually within 1 minute). You will receive access to your download(s) via two methods:

  • Direct Download Link on Order Screen: The files are instantly available for download on the final order confirmation page of our Website.
  • Confirmation Email: A purchase confirmation email containing secure download links will be automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout (svgcrafts.com@gmail.com). Please check your spam or junk folder if the email does not appear in your inbox within a few minutes.

B. Subscription Fulfillment

For any future subscription purchases or tiered access, the benefits and access to premium/exclusive files will be applied to your account immediately upon receipt of payment confirmation.

3. Storage and Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for downloading and securely backing up their purchased files on their own devices.
  • The download links provided are secure but may expire after a period of time or a limited number of download attempts. If your link expires or you face download issues, please contact us immediately for assistance.

4. International Orders

Since our products are digital and our service area is the United States (Nationwide) (though we serve customers globally), this policy applies universally. There are no international shipping restrictions, duties, or taxes related to the delivery of the files themselves. You are responsible for ensuring the file formats (SVG, PNG, DXF, EPS) are compatible with your local cutting machines or software.
