Thank you for shopping at SVGcrafts. We specialize in high-quality digital design files (SVG, PNG, DXF, EPS) engineered for precision and seamless application in your Cricut, Silhouette, and Print-on-Demand projects.

Due to the nature of digital goods (instant downloads), our refund and return policy differs from that of physical products.

1. Non-Returnable Policy

As our products are instant digital downloads, they are considered delivered and consumed upon purchase. Therefore, all sales of digital files are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.

Items explicitly exempt from being returned or exchanged include:

  • Downloadable design products (SVG, PNG, DXF, EPS files, bundles, and graphics) from SVGcrafts.

  • Gift cards.

2. Refund Eligibility (Strict Exceptions Only)

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will only grant a full refund or replacement in the following, specific situations:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same item twice.

  • Technical Defect: If the file you downloaded is fundamentally defective, corrupted, or unusable, and we are unable to fix the issue or provide a working replacement file within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 48 hours) of your notification.

To be eligible for a refund exception, you must contact us with your proof of purchase (order receipt) within 30 days of the original purchase date.

3. Exchanges (Replacement Files)

We only replace items if the original file is proven to be defective (corrupted file, missing elements) due to an error on our part (SVGcrafts).

If you believe your file is defective, please email us immediately at svgcrafts.com@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your Order Number.

  • The Name of the Product.

  • A detailed description or screenshot of the issue (e.g., “SVG file will not open in Cricut Design Space,” or “PNG file has low resolution for Print-on-Demand”).

If the defect is confirmed, we will send you a corrected replacement file via email as soon as possible.

4. Sale Items and Bundles

Only items purchased at regular price may be eligible for an exceptional refund (as described in Section 2).

Unfortunately, sale items, deeply discounted bundles, or items purchased with a promotional code are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

5. Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved based on the exceptions in Section 2:

  • We will notify you via email of the approval.

  • Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account or original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after the expected period:

  • Check your bank account/PayPal statement again.

  • Contact your payment provider (credit card company or bank), as it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
